All returns for resize must be received by us within 7 days of the ship date. There will be no charge for re-sizing if we receive your request within 7 days of the ship date. The only charge would be for the return shipping only. We will contact you by email with the RFR number and the address to send your ring to, along with the appropriate shipping charges.
